1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free international shipping to most countries. However, we currently do not ship to the USA or Africa due to supplier limitations.

2.I have to pay customs fees

Our delivery time is typically between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 days due to customs or shipping delays — but we do our best to ship quickly and provide tracking for every order.

3. Do I have to pay customs fees (taxes/duties)?

Shipping is free, but customs/import fees  are not included in the price. These are charged by your local customs office based on your country’s rules. We cannot control or cover these costs, so please check with your country’s customs if you're unsure.

4. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your shipment directly on our website or through the shipping carrier’s site.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to our supplier's current policy. We're actively working on adding a return-friendly option in the future. If your item arrives damaged or with a problem, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
