These products are becoming super popular worldwide as more people want smart, eco-friendly solutions at home. We ship almost everywhere with free international shipping (except the USA and Africa).

All prices include applicable taxes. However, customs duties and import taxes ("Jamarik") are the buyer’s responsibility, depending on your country's regulations.
We currently accept PayPal and will offer more payment options soon.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries except the USA and countries in Africa.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, with a maximum of 30 days.
Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments once dispatched.

6. Return & Refund Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns due to our supplier's current policies.

We understand this may be inconvenient and are actively seeking suppliers that allow returns. All products are new and sealed in their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@smartsplants.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
